What will it cost me to put in a claim?

Answer
Depending on the circumstances, we usually are prepared to conduct the matter on a "no result - no fee" basis. We may request a small deposit in some cases, which is used to pay for disbursments such as the cost of obtaining medical records and reports, police reports etc. Costs would be deducted from the proceeds at the end of the claim, and we will provide you with a full accounting of all monies received and paid on your behalf.
